How to take payment by the hour under the contract?
There is a client, but with an incomprehensible amount of work. We agreed to work on the tracker (at the same time, a good cost per hour). The whole point is that the client is ready to pay at least weekly. But I am not satisfied with too large amounts in transfers. I have an open IP and I would like to legalize this whole process and for the client, for example, to pay once a month, but I couldn’t quit at the same time. How to proceed?

I’m not sure if an individual entrepreneur has any special features, but usually a price list for hourly work is signed as an annex to the contract, at the end of the work (you can at least every day or once a week or once a month - whatever) an act of completed work is signed indicating the work, hours and cost according to the price list, at the end of the period (for example, a month) an invoice is issued for payment under the contract.
