Does anyone know if there is a real need to prove "economic presence" in Georgia for individual entrepreneurs with a low income in foreign currency from foreign sources (freelance exchange), 1000-2000 USD per month. I don't understand if this is a real problem or more of a way to make money for helping firms.
And another question, not entirely about economic, but also about attachment - there are some nuances that an individual entrepreneur needs to know if you like to travel for a long time, especially if it is more than 183 days a year.

IP has nothing to do with tax residency, neither in Russia, nor even in Georgia. This is a special tax regime, where you and you IP are, as it were, different people.
