I want to learn web development. Education humanitarian, in mathematics I am a complete zero. I am ready to spend a year, two years of time to master the material, to study intensively (at least 6-8 hours a day). I will not have a profile diploma of education.
Will it be realistic for me to freelance in this case, when I study everything and practice creating at least my own sites, earn at least 20,000 rubles a month, while spending no more than 8 hours a day (40 hours a week)?

Realistically, but in a year or two in the niche "layout + creation of sites on cms" this will be +/- the ceiling for a freelancer (without N years of experience, a portfolio of 30 best works and 100+ reviews). The competition has increased too much, the prices for this work have fallen too much.
It's just that if the goal of all this is 20k rubles / month, then it makes sense to spend 2 years on burning out your eyes with a code? There is a humanitarian tower, any non-specialized office work will do. The salary, most likely, will be more (25-30 thousand), but no kidk, crowds of competitors, race for penny orders, deadlines, night work, freelance no-life, etc. And most importantly - stability, you know that on the 15th, let's say, will come to the map, and there is no headache on the topic "what to eat tomorrow if there are no orders." Yes, even without education and outside the office, these 20k can be earned even as an administrator, even in a call center, to earn easy.
If the goal is to connect life with development, then I advise you to immediately look into other niches past "layout + WP".

Tanya, in web development, you don’t need math to make 20K a month freelancing. And in general, mathematics is not needed in principle, at first (1-1.5 years). It will take you about 2-3 months to fully master the layout and basics + js and, possibly, some cms, I advise you to learn modx revo, but ONLY after html, css, js and php basics.
After that, you make up a couple of free psds, of which there are plenty on the great network, and make some website on cms. After that, you can safely go freelancing and in this situation, you can earn 20K+ / month.

if you spend a year or two on training, then you can get a permanent job with a salary of 50+, depending on which direction you develop and which technology stack you choose. 20 and freelancing are not goals, if you are determined to study hard and really enter the IT field, you can get much more. of course, when you are ready to plow, which you apparently have)

Mastering html + css and at least bootstrap gives you about 1,500 rubles for layout. Such layout can usually be done in about 8 hours of painstaking work. So it all depends on speed. Mastering modern, accelerating layout tools such as gulp. And it is quite possible to reach large volumes. Here the problem of burnout is worth it, I know from myself.
