Issuing an IP for upwork after three months of work?

Started working on upwork. I thought I’ll try later if I’ll issue something (I brought it out through direct to local bank a couple of times).
Now I’m thinking about how to get registered (there is an option for SP or self-employed) of the pluses for SP there is a patent system.
But in order to work with upwork, you need a certificate of income (and there is already income there and registered a long time ago (just lay an acc)). I will be glad to suggestions how to arrange it.
