Gentlemen, does anyone have experience of official work and mutual settlements with a freelancer, if he is not an individual entrepreneur, but just an individual?

Is it possible to transfer money to him from the organization's current account without paying taxes?

It is possible to arrange this under a contract. It must be concluded with an individual for a one-time job that requires a specific result in a specific timeframe (creating a design or a software component is quite suitable for this restriction).
