How to properly report for rubles from upwork//NPO Rapida?
Hello.
Withdrew rubles from upwork to r\s IP. They asked me to go through currency control, because funds not from a resident.
The payer is LLC NPO "Rapida"//UPWORK GLOBAL INC TRANSFAST//MOUNTAIN VIEW, 441 LOGUE AVENUE//
And here a sharp question arises:
1) Who is the main payer? If this is Rapida, then it seems like she is a resident of the Russian Federation, and in general, what's the catch in the form of a double payer?
2) How to deal with the situation that the contract and acts with the upwork were drawn up in dollars, and the amount was received in rubles, and if you recalculate dollars at the official rate of the Central Bank, it turns out that I “did not inform” the bank from a dozen or two bucks, though it's not my fault.

1) Since they are asked to go through the VC, it means that the transaction is foreign exchange, the money was transferred through the resident by a non-resident, especially since UPWORK is mentioned.
2) Well, explain what the conversion is. The worst thing that threatens you is a fine of a dozen or two bucks, but this is unlikely.
It all depends on the bank, but in general:
You need to talk to the currency control and just follow his instructions. In general, everything is as usual, send the translated contract with a signature and a seal, you can use a screenshot of the letter from the upwork as confirmation of the amount. If you are worried, you can make similar documents additionally for the tax office, by analogy with the usual withdrawal of dollars - acts, invoices, etc.
Elba was asked about the screenshots, she replied that in printed form, with a seal and a signature, it might satisfy the tax inspector. In fact, any documents without a paper original with the signatures of the parties with a pen are generally a flimsy letter of varying degrees of credibility, the main thing is that there should be at least some documents at all.
Rapida is such a local payment system, companies send money through it, so they will also mention the main payer, well, where you were told to go there and ask about the details
