Good day to all! Need help with upwork ranking metrics with practical examples.
1. How can a client recommend me?
2. Where do account holds come from?
3. Top rated weeks - is it 40 hours worked at its maximum rate or is it considered somehow differently?
4. How is the percentage rating formed? The rating has not changed for more than a year, although there are working and completed projects. At the moment there are 9 projects, of which:
