What to do if someone disabled coolers on gtx 1060?
I have a computer. Motherboard - alzenit p45m, processor - intel q6600, 2 ddr2 dice, 500gb ssd, 3 hard drives and a gigabyte gtx 1060 video card with two fans. I recently replaced an old 400w fsp atx-400pnf PSU with a hiper hpb-700rgb. After the first launch with a new bp, the pc stood for a while, and then passed out with a click. Exactly the same thing happened for 3, 4, and 5 times. At some point, I noticed that the coolers on the video card are not spinning. Then I cooled the video card, started the PC and turned on the msi afterburner, setting the speed to 75%, after that the coolers started working, and the computer did not cut off for a long time. Hence the logical question: since the coolers are not broken, someone turned them off. Who? and how to fix it? I also noticed that sometimes if you disconnect the 6-pin power cable, the coolers start spinning very quickly and loudly, and the image on the screen disappears.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Several times I changed the power supply to the old one and back, in the end I came to the conclusion that turning off the computer does not depend on the video card, because. even at high speeds of coolers, the computer turned off. Then the idea came to me to cut down on the CPU power in Afterburner, and it worked. In the end, I realized that the incorrectly attached cooler was to blame for everything, because of which the processor quickly overheated. I'm not stupid, honestly, it's just that the processor is so ancient that it does not have a temperature sensor.
A 6 pin cable is needed for power. without it, the map does not work,
try to make a reset in the autoburner, maybe it will help
if not - maybe something is wrong with the map
