Why does the browser open on its own and open to the left site?

The situation is this in the morning, I turn on the PC, and then the cmd.exe console opens first, nothing is written empty, then the console closes, the browser opens and opens a link to gangnamgame.net , and there they offer to pay something for bitcoin such and such, and in general it’s understandable what nonsense, but the bottom line is that I didn’t download anything like that and didn’t go anywhere, I have an ad blocker and other garbage on my browser, but I went to Task Manager> Startups, and noticed that before there was no "Windows Command Handler" . see screenshot.

What is most interesting is that I click on Conhost with the mouse, and click on "Open file location", as a result, nothing opens for me, which means something is suspicious. I googled and read what kind of file "Conhost.exe" is, but I did not find a solution.
I clicked on "Disable" the "Windows Command Handler", rebooted the PC, the browser does not open anymore.
I decided to check for viruses, found 4 viruses that are not related to this thing in the screenshot.
Has anyone come across this problem, please help!
PS Yesterday this was not the case, even by the way I went to the Task Manager and did not observe this.

SOLUTION: Downloaded Cezurity
, scanned and found a trojan called Suspicious. Generic. Deleted it. Everything is great!
