How can you save them and after replacing the screw and installing a new OS, safely install these programs and continue working with them?

Take an image of a disk or disks on an external device (Acronis True Image) and transfer it to a new screw, in any case, if the hardware is not identical, you will have to fool around with the drivers. Although it seems that after removal, you can run directly from the image on any device (but this is not accurate).
