How to install Windows 7 over the network?

Help installing Windows 7 over the network.
There is a computer without an OS, but with important data on the disk, and a macbook with Windows 7 in a virtual machine.
Followed the manuals : www.3dnews.ru/626279 and silver979.blogspot.ru/2013/02/windows-7-pxe-linux.html
GPT table, booting in UEFI mode is required.
Tell me how to organize the download (and subsequent installation) of Windows over the network in UEFI mode.
Thanks in advance.
UPD
Now the content of the TFTP server is:

efi/boot/bootx64.efi
boot/Fonts/wgl4_boot.ttf
boot/BCD
boot/boot.sdi
boot/boot.wim
boot/pxeboot.com
boot/pxeboot.n12
boot/wdsmgfw.efi
boot/wdsnbp.com
bootmgr.exe

The DHCP server points to the boot/pxeboot.n12 file. I tried to change to files with the .efi extension, then loading in UEFI mode freezes, otherwise it jumps into Legacy BIOS mode

Windows 7 does not support UEFI (or vice versa, how to say it right))))
Therefore, installing Windows 7 "on UEFI" is possible only with optional BIOS emulation, if it is supported by the hardware (which in most cases)
ps and Windows 7 x32 does not support GPT: )
