Why is the font not showing up in the Fonts folder?

The first time I encountered such a problem. I can install fonts.
I installed the Helvetica font, but it is not in the Windows / Fonts folder, although some programs see it, and some do not.
I didn't find anything similar on the net. What could be the problem? Worth Windows 10 latest update.

Custom fonts are put in

\Users\login\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts\

, not \Windows\Fonts.
If the program works with fonts through its own crutches, then it may well not find the file.
