In Exchange courses, Ilya Rud said that there was little use for built-in protection.
If you have Exchange, you should use an external spam filter.
We used ORF and in the form of add. Postfix+SA / Mdaemon + SA relays.
You can change the email address of the problem mailbox.
The procedure is crooked, but once we also used this option:
Because problems with spam are the result of an email being compromised and getting into the mailing lists.
Assign a second email address to a person, make it the main one, he corresponds with clients for a week or two, answering them at the new address, warns who needs to change the email and then delete the old one.
