How to organize an archive in Exchange 2010?

Good afternoon, Exchange 2010 is available with the included archive for all mailboxes for letters older than 5 months. on disk, the archive is stored as a single file and already has a solid size. Now I want to somehow break it down by years. Can anyone come across? What to do with super large archive files?

If you mean archiving through the Retension Policy, then the archives are stored in the archive base, which is selected when you turn on the archiving of the box. You can move archives to another database via New-MoveRequest -Identity "User" -ArchiveOnly
