Exchange 2016 web face not opening?

Good afternoon!
For two days now, the web muzzle of the Exchange 2016 mail server has not been opened
BUT, everything works through the mail client, it receives and sends letters.
The certificate is valid.
in the server itself I try to enter the web face
https://localhost/owa/auth/ - then I click (Go to the localhost site (unsafe)) and everything on this page takes a long time to load and eventually does not open.
I ask for advice on how I can fix this incomprehensible problem.
Google didn't help

If you go through IE, turn on the compatibility mode for the site and / or add it to the trusted ones. By the way, the correct path should not contain auth. It will not open again - see the site bindings in the IIS manager, maybe you need to go to https://192.168.xy/owa/ or the full FQDN.

Since the word does not open, it can be interpreted in different ways:

  • Asks for a username / password and after entering it hangs?
  • Doesn't display login/password input window?
  • 404/503 errors?

Smoke User Most likely - UpdateCas.ps1 UpdateConfigFiles.ps1 - here is your solution
Will not help - recreate the virtual directories for OWA and ECP (by the way, only OWA does not work or does ECP also?)
Get-OwaVirtualDirectory
Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory
New-OwaVirtualDirectory
With parameters - individually, as it is now.
For the website, check the bindings - certificate for port 444 - installed? valid?
In more detail about the server scheme - one, DAG, whether the CAS roles are placed on a separate server - this is not there either.
But if you guess on the coffee grounds, then I wrote above.
