What is the role of nameserver in DNS for Exchange?

Emails are no longer being sent outside of Microsoft Exchange.
A zone is registered on the DNS server, it has two NameServer records. Some IP addresses are not pinged there, could this be a problem?

Perhaps the dns servers are dead and no longer work.
if you do not have your own dns server, then put dns from google or something.
