What to do if it's hard to work?
Recently I got a job in an IT company as a junior, they threw me on a working project, which a dozen other juniors had already bypassed before me. I entered for a long time. At the beginning, and even now, I write shit code that other developers can't figure out, I don't like it myself. My developments cause lags, sometimes I am driven into wild complexes about the inability to make the right architectural decision, and the implementation of one that will have to be redone sooner or later, which will collapse the entire application. I never meet the deadlines, I constantly ask for a delay. Well, before that, I didn’t have any commercial development experience at all, and then I was charged with a whole app, consisting of three client applications and a server, which, moreover, are poorly interconnected, which is why I can’t somehow quickly use developments from one application between others. I work alone on the project, in fact, there is nowhere to get help on some issues, there is no connection with the former developers. Big stress. How to cope?
