What to do if a foreign employer cheats on salary (work in the IT field)?

Good day to all!

I want to find a job as a front-end developer for a foreign company. My level is junior/middle.
Interested in vacancies from developed rich countries (not only the US and Europe, but also South Korea, Japan, Israel, the Emirates, etc.).

How and where is it possible to find such a job?

And what will have to be done if such a foreign employer "throws" on a salary?
Now, if such a situation happens in Russia, then I know what needs to be done: go to court with all the evidence, but first it will be necessary to try to resolve this peacefully with the employer himself.
But what if this situation happens to a foreign company?
After all, I will probably not be able to sue them in their own company, being NOT in their country and not having their citizenship.

Thank you for attention.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but it's a risk you'll just have to take. For an IP specialist, the chance to win a lawsuit against a Western company that does not have a representative office in the Russian Federation is vanishingly small.

Yes, do nothing there, not such large amounts per month to spend money on international proceedings, the only thing that can be prescribed is weekly payments to reduce risks

The first thing that Google gave out:

You need to figure it out in the arbitration court.
But it is better to contact a lawyer who understands international law.
Very often - the chance of getting money is small, or it will require you to spend more money and time on the lawsuit than you should

Start with what you need to do to prevent this from happening.

The fundamental question: will there be an employment contract - or something like a freelance project.
Theoretically, litigation is not prohibited in any case. But it is clear that this is an order of magnitude more expensive and energy-intensive than within the country.
You can use alternative pressure methods - whatever you come up with. Threats to call everyone how bad he is, for example. But you also need to assess your risks from the use of such methods.
Globally, most likely, it will be easier to spit and lose a salary for a month.
