How realistic is it to immigrate to the USA without a specialized education?
Good afternoon. Perhaps, in the current realities, the question itself (about the possibility) looks naive, but nonetheless.
There is a very strong desire to move to the USA. For good. I know that there are different types of visas, but, for example, the same H1B implies not only skills, but also specialized education. I have a tower, but not an IT one, and not even a technical one at all. Surely there are exceptions to all rules, so I'm curious what exceptions can be in this case. I have been on the web for 6 years, I have been working on the front - frameworks, typescript, a little node.
I am at the very beginning of studying this issue, I will google a lot and all that - but here I want to hear the opinions of those who have encountered a similar situation.

Not having / not having a tower is the main obstacle on the way to H1B (after all, if you had 10 years of proven profile experience, a tower would not be needed). The main problem is the lottery for those who want to get H1B.
Yes Yes. So you found an employer who is ready to transport you, and there are only 55,000 H1B visas for the whole world, and another 20,000 for masters and doctors on a separate quota. And there are almost 300,000 people who want to get a work visa, so the US government holds a lottery, which you can apply for only 1-2 days a year (at the beginning of April each year, EMNIP).
In general, it’s long, dreary and there is no direct way to this visa: you’re lucky, you’re not lucky.
L1-B might be the best option. For the sake of it, many people move to Europe, somewhere in the Irish office of Google (as several of my former colleagues from Yandex did).
L1B allows you to relocate to the USA after a year of work in a branch of an American company. There are no quotas :) This is the most normal way, the only negative is that if you don’t get a greenback, then you won’t be able to change the employer, as with H1B. Therefore, for L1B, firstly, negotiate with the employer in advance that he undertakes to give you a green card, and secondly, beware of badishops, it is better to break into Google, Amazon, etc.

Profile education is replaced, if necessary, by work experience, and often the lack of years in work experience is compensated by good knowledge. In short, be a sought-after specialist, and the employer will deal with the issue of transporting you to the USA.
They told about H1B and L1, I will add in two more ways:
1. DV Lottery. Yes, the chance is minimal, but, firstly, it is not zero, secondly, it does not require money, and thirdly, there are no requirements. The main thing is to fill out the questionnaire correctly.
2. O1 visa, it is designed for creative professions, but if you get a grasp of the conditions, it is perfect for startups. True, an American "sponsor" is needed. The advantage over H1B is that there is no lottery. Details of programmers moving on this visa are available on the Internet.
There is another workaround - Canada. True, due to the departure of IELTS / TOEFL from Russia, the path has become more complicated, there are mandatory exams. In short, Canadian citizens can practically live and work freely in the United States.
Watch the movie "Titanic". Or Scarface. In the United States, in general, many went without anything at all, well, or modern Mexicans, Chileans, and a lot of them. Or our "Jews"
and I think there will be a lot of work for IT in Russia. It also depends on us whether Russia will become a self-sufficient country. In the West, you are still a stranger, maybe some have assimilated, but many still feel out of place, culture .... the spirit is not the same, in a word!
