What to do between buying a domain and a website?

There is a domain on which there is no site. The usual stub, which is on 3 of my domains. But the site is indexed by Yandex, as there is mail on this domain.
The site will be in half a year.
What to do now with the domain?

Six months to wait for the site?
A one-page index.html with a company summary, contacts, and type of activity is written in less than half an hour, even with complete ignorance of any twitter bootstrap thread.

Do everything so that in six months later you don’t fall under the sandbox. Advice has been given above.
