What to choose to properly configure a wi-fi router?

Hello, there is a lb-link wi-fi router that distributes the usual wired (10mb) internet for the phone and TV. But there are some problems, the TV catches the signal unstable, if you check through speedtest, then the TV shows either 5mb / s, or 9, each time in a different way. The phone in the place where the TV is standing shows an excellent signal level.
I read a little about the setup, they write differently everywhere, the wi-fi basic settings tab confused me. Can you please tell me which Network Mode is better to choose, which Channel Bandwidth and more? I think that I definitely chose something wrong here: 7d274f7926ba4d47a227f83ff24b6438.png
Many thanks in advance :)

b / g / n mode - wi-fi mode, the choice depends on the speed of the channel and the capabilities of the wi-fi card of the receiver, not all cards support n (in particular, phones).
Real bandwidth:
802.11-B - 2GHz. Bandwidth less than 5Mbps.
802.11-G - 2GHz. Bandwidth less than 22Mbps.
802.11-N - 2/5GHz. Bandwidth less than 150Mbps.
If all devices support n - select n-only. If not, stop at g.
Channel Bandwidth:
Auto 20/40 - select if the network will use devices that support any protocols other than 802.11n together with 802.11n.
20 MHz - if the WI-FI 802.11n protocol is not used in this network.
