What to buy a good 23-24 inch matte monitor on AH-IPS?

Recommend a good 23-24 inch AH-IPS matte monitor.
The main thing is that the monitor:

• Was with uniform illumination;
• Was with excellent color reproduction;

• Web design;

I support my friend above. Indeed, there are some shortcomings. Two were taken to the office at once and both on the same color temperature settings are different. I had to edit the rgb handles alone. well, isn't it a dick? Editing rgb did not like - too rough. Why 100 units of R if it should be 256. But it costs 13000r
. You can chase if you only have 25k and more per monitor.
And, as always, the secret question: what for a wicked transmission? only if for yourself and printing. For a web not the fact - you do work for normal moniks. Your beauty will not be seen as you are.
There is nothing to say about AH-IPS. have not seen. Maybe there is a point. but dell is just a people's monitor.
