What threatens to close an upwork account due to a duplicate?

Hello! I have an active account on upwork, which is already 4 years old. Recently, out of ignorance, I opened the second one, practically did not fill it out, did not link the card, did not send connections and, accordingly, did not work. Now I want to close this account in order to live in peace and not be afraid of a ban. If I close this account because it is a duplicate, will I get a permanent ban, because it is forbidden to create multiple accounts on upwork?
