What theor. is the minimum required to study PL?

I want to make a plan for learning the C++ or Python programming language (I haven't chosen yet).
But, since I am a complete zero in programming, I will have to develop a certain knowledge base (a theoretical minimum).
Included in the theory at least the following:
-Mathematics (algebra, mathematical analysis, combinatorics, probability theory).
-Algorithms and data structures.
What else can be added to this list?

Look at your question. With such attention to syntax, you will have big problems with any PL.
Include in your list the basics of the Russian language and exercises to increase mindfulness. This is great advice, trust me. If you ignore it, then you will spend hours looking at the code without understanding why it does not work.
For example, read about punctuation - which side they are separated by spaces . See, as advised, the correct name of the languages and pay attention to how you write.

@trerums

First, figure out how to write the programming language "Phyton" correctly.

Well, you need at least the ability to read and write. And the rest you will find the answers yourself during training)
