What is required to study Microsoft programs?

Please tell me what are the requirements for training in the Data Science program?

I am fluent in English and have money. And some inclinations in programming. There is nothing more.
The details of the program indicate what "technologies" I will use in the learning process (T-SQL, R etc), are these requirements? Or am I not understanding something?

Students should start with the following as a minimum: d
A high school level of mathematics knowledge.
A basic familiarity with computers and productivity software such as Excel.
A basic knowledge of programming concepts - such as variables, loops, and conditional logic.
Students should ideally also have:
The ability to use Excel to manipulate data and create basic reports
A fundamental knowledge of statistics
Note: Existing skills in R or Python will be extremely helpful, but the program will teach the basics required to complete the coursework.
