Further goes only IMHO and nothing more.
Popular songs now use a technique called "money".
You can mumble almost anything, invest serious money in the rotation on radio stations, programs, tops, etc. and there will be success.
In IT, everything is exactly the same.
You can invent Twitter at least 10 times, but no one will use it except your friends.
And with a decent budget, even Instagram can become popular.
