Is it worth it to resettle the PM and developers?

We are moving to a new office and we are thinking whether it is worth resettling the PM and developers.
Now the situation is that the PMs are constantly talking, and all the developers and designers are constantly listening to their conversations. Even vacuum headphones do not save.
One involuntarily recalls the experience of the largest companies such as VK, when developers and managers were even settled in different offices.
Share your experience and opinion, is it worth resettling or not?

Even vacuum headphones do not save.

Don't you think that if people use such headphones to get rid of noise, then they are specifically sick of this farce, and the answer to the question is obvious?

And you, excuse me, who do you work with, since you ask such questions? More precisely, "do you work at all?".
Of course, it is better for people to work in silence without distractions. Especially in creative professions. Ideally, 1 office = 1 team.

Personally, I am very distracted by the conversations of our managers. I would be happy to move them.

In one company where I worked. That PM was resettled from developers and designers. There was a lot of noise and PMs tormented the developers :)
