What tasks can I take on knowing html, css and javascript, but not having practical experience?

Hey! I know the above (plus preprocessors and template engines, like scss and pig), I am familiar with the work of frameworks (bootrstrap, jQuery), and I have absolutely no practical experience (I made all sorts of crafts for myself, but did not post them anywhere). I would like to know what tasks with such sets of skills I can generally perform?
I studied, if it is important, everything myself, using free courses and books.
And, a sub-question: where can I find a job for the first time, purely for a portfolio, not for money (I understand that without a portfolio, who the hell will hire me).

How do you know if you can’t even write the name without errors?
Take layouts (request "free psd templates" in Google) and typeset. Enlightenment should come in the second ten.

Money won't be paid there (or won't pay much), but just for CSS, js, html find a good practice.
