What task manager + corp. is a messenger for a web studio preferable?

Please advise a bunch of messenger, task manager and, possibly, some additional ones. opportunities for a web studio (for 25 users).
Requirements:
1. Simplicity combined with convenience
2. Mobile, desktop version + web version
3. Access distribution by projects participate)
4. Inexpensive or free of charge
What has already been considered?
Almost everything: asana (used before, a little expensive and not always convenient. didn’t work), redmine (the interface didn’t swear, no notifications, complicated), wrike, etc.
At the moment, the flowlu bundle seemed interesting (simple, inexpensive, there are interesting additional functions such as finance, customer service, etc.) + slack, we look towards Yandex connect (Yandex tracker was added there - who used it?). Is there a really convenient service with all the necessary functions, modern, really helping in your work?

We have been using Bitrix24 for more than a year for such purposes. There are no questions, the flight is normal.

Planfix, Trello - have you tried it?
I don’t recommend Yandex Connect, the entry threshold is high, there is no full-fledged help, everything is too confused, the documentation refers to the opportunity to try the Tracker, Wiki services on the technical domain, but alas ..
Technical support has been silent for a week now on simple questions, how to use all this stuff. We do not risk transferring the main domain to YaConnect with such an attitude towards users.
