I would like to somehow eliminate this mess, and take a thread of a port switch for 24.
Who can advise what to make it cheap, but reliable.
The functionality of the switch is minimal - only switching.

VLAN'y are not necessary? Speed ​​100 or 1000?
At work, 4 rack-mount D-Links died. HP 48x100 + 2x1000 managed, 24x1000 unmanaged, Cisco 24x1000 control work without problems.
