Windows 7 32 bit flash drive.
ASUS netbook.
I go into the BIOS, change the priority in Boot (I put the HDD in the first place), save the changes.
After rebooting the netbook, the boot from the USB flash drive does not occur. The netbook sees the flash drive.
I interrupted on the laptop and on the computer from this flash drive, everything works.

Now you do not need to select a priority for installing the system. Now you just need to boot to the desired device. Usually, the F12 or F8 key is responsible for this. There you will be taken to the Boot Menu, where select the desired device (flash drive).
From the BIOS (probably you have Uefi), you can also get into this Boot menu. it is usually located near the exit.
This operation needs to be done only once. During installation, when the system reboots, the laptop will automatically pick up the USB flash drive and continue the installation.
