What ssd (key, bus) can be installed in ACER Aspire E5-575G-52QB Notebook (Intel Core i5-6200U 2.3GHz/15.6"/1920x1080/6Gb/1Tb/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M?

Preferably Samsung 960 or 860 series and is there any reason - the difference in price. RAM 6, do I need to increase it?
