Asus A9T laptop - SSD compatible?
Does anyone have experience installing an SSD in such an old laptop? Please write your laptop model, SSD(model, SATA/mSATA/IDE), possibly an adapter.

I installed it in ASUS A6T using an IDE <-> SATA adapter. I had to break the case to shove the disk with the adapter.
In general - very slowly, but the bottleneck in modern tasks will be the processor and memory. If you install xp, then you need to separately include trim. Everything sucks without xp.
