What specialties to choose?

Good afternoon.
I want to become a programmer. There are 4 specialties at the university for which I have a chance to enter:
1. Information systems and technologies (09.03.02)
2. Applied mathematics and informatics (01.03.02)
3. Software engineering (09.03.04)
4. Fundamental informatics and information technology (02.03.02)
The problem is that you can only apply for 3 applications, so one of them must be excluded. Advise which one?
