Which faculty should a web programmer choose?

Good day!

Can anyone tell me where it would be better for me to enter in Russia and which faculty to choose if I am engaged in web development and want to continue doing this?

Do not look for a university where you will be taught to code, choose any engineering or mathematics department, just for brain training.
You will still learn all the skills for development on your own.

To engage in web development, especially front-end, for the most part, higher education is not needed.
In general, the specialty of applied computer science is closest to web development. A minimum of highly specialized knowledge. There are even programs specifically for web development, where they try to pull web development on some kind of fundamental basis.
You need to look at the specialties, the passport of the programs yourself and decide what you like best. Where are more internships? Where you can get on the budget and where it is more convenient to get.
