Laptops or monoblocks for a computer course?

I won a grant and will soon open a computer course for people over 50 years old. Under the contract, I will teach them how to use the Internet for 5 months.
I allocated money for 6 laptops, and only now I think it will not be difficult for older people to work with a small laptop screen. Instead of laptops, I can buy 6 monoblocks, but I will buy the cheapest and weakest ones. (I can’t change the number of laptops / monoblocks, I don’t consider a PC)
In half a year I’ll leave everything I bought for myself, and I’m thinking of opening programming courses for schoolchildren . What would you advise me to buy: laptops or the cheapest monoblocks in the world?
UPD: The budget is very small, ~120,000 rub for computers, OS Windows

Better laptops, they can be moved, easier to move, screen angle is adjustable.

Laptops are cheaper and smaller. On alik, good ones are sold in the region of 10 tr. apiece, and for 15 they will have FullHD and a graphics accelerator.
Monoblocks have a larger screen, but they are noticeably more expensive.
For example, a configuration with Intel Atom, 2 GB of RAM, a nominal disk, in the form of a laptop will cost 7-8 tr., and in the form of a monoblock - already 20-25 roubles.
I assume that such an injustice is due to the high demand for monoblocks and more expensive logistics.

Well, there are a lot of dependent conditions:
1 auditorium for round-the-clock or hourly rent? Do I need to clean up equipment after every class? If so, is it preferable to have
2 classes always in the same audience or in different ones? If 2 then also laptops
3 for people over 50, a large screen is preferable rather than a laptop 15shka
In general, for the task of teaching pensioners in a stationary audience, I would take nettops, barebones or an assembly on a mini-itx platform, this is cheaper than a ready-made candy bar and easier to configure - you can focus on the diagonal of the screen, ssd, saving on other unneeded components. Since now that the budget laptop is that the monoblock is more of a toy than a working device.
