What software or service do you use to translate articles from English?

Machine translation from one language to another

I googled the services, they don’t seem to be many at all, they are all terrible.
There is no elementary opportunity to pick up the text of the article by url. There is no elementary opportunity to make an auto-translation and then carefully correct it.
In what do you translate articles for the same habr?

For the browser, I use the Google Translate plugin, which shows the translation in a tooltip by double-clicking on a word or when selecting a section of text.
Honestly, without this plugin on a fresh browser installation - it's like without hands.
