What is the best translation API to use?

Hello. There is a task on the project to translate the text, namely, it is necessary to translate it correctly from the title category into the English version, and substitute it for the URL.
I looked at Google, but I don’t need everything they offer, I’m not going to pay for a developer account, I just need a translator, and everything is very confusing there.
Are there simpler alternative APIs? Or maybe I did not consider the beauty of Google?
