PayPal. payout API. What do transaction statuses mean?

I really hope that there are experts on the Paypal API on the resource.
The origin of some statuses and their nature (final or temporary) for Payout items is not clear.
Transaction statuses
For example:
The SUCCESS status is obviously final.
The statuses NEW, PENDING, UNCLAIMED, ONHOLD, according to the description, seem to be temporary. Moreover, UNCLAIMED can be canceled and get the RETURNED status. But is the RETURNED status final? Or what status will the current UNCLAIMED take after 30 days?
REFUNDED status is unclear. In what situation does it occur?
The statuses DENIED, FAILED, BLOCKED are also incomprehensible. It seems that they are, as it were, synonymous and indicate a transaction error, but are they all final? For example, if the status is FAILED, will there be an attempt to repeat the transaction?

I'm just learning layout. And I think what to use for adaptability, a ready-made grid or make my own.

Look at the finished meshes. Make yours. It's not hard. It's not the right thing to "do". The grid is almost the simplest thing we have in the layout. Use your own or someone else's - it does not matter. It is important to understand what tasks it solves.
And there is one more point: does a particular grid fit into a particular project . For example, I like this grid. I often use it, it is simple, convenient, very similar to the same flexboxgrid, but with classes in the spirit of rscss. Everything cool. But I won't bring it to a project that uses BEM, no matter how much I like it. She just won't fit in. Or if you need support for old IE - it won't work there without flex. Or maybe a design that requires seven breakpoints. Or 11 columns. Everything happens in life. And a grid that is ideal in some situations will not work at all in others. There is no universal option for all possible projects.

  • NEW. I didn’t see it, but maybe the progers saw it (I admit that there is a paypal merchant account), this is when the details are correct, but the payment is not completed
  • SUCCESS. payment completed. The money is in your account. They can be refurbished and re-charged. It seems that
the charge is a separate transaction. If you pay, then yes, it's finally gone
  • DENIED. this is when you receive a forbidden reception, or Ukraine, or an acc is blocked, or suspended.
  • PENDING. we are waiting for someone. Usually when outgoing in masspee. When incoming, it happens for all sorts of eChecks.
  • FAILED. it did not pass. We need to initiate again. It doesn't initiate itself.
  • UNCLAIME. not finished. With ref - when cunning transgrans are either from the card, I don’t remember when entering, but also checks and so on
  • RETURNED. Returned including by paypal - they sent it to a new acc, and once it got under Denide (at the time of sending there was no status yet, usually Ukraine is identified like that or India), then paypal returned it
  • ONHOLD. this is when there will be a lot of transfers, paypal will hang on you, all new ones will go into the hold, but not exceeding the volume.
  • BLOCKED. did not come across, but probably when suspended, so as not to be denied.
  • REFUNDED. returned, final.
