What software is used to connect a domain and a specific server?

Here I drink VPS'ku. Everything works well, I'm addressing by IP'shnik and port. I wanted to bind a letter domain to VPS'ke. But I don't have a hosting admin panel, right? After all, I use NGINX + Angular / Typescript + NodeJS + Docker, and all hosters work on LAMP and their domains are tied only if you have an account with the hoster and file everything via FTP on their servers and touching their puff. Right?
Since how to bind a domain to a specific VPS, which tool of what type is responsible for this, preferably without having close contact with LAMP hosting?
