What software do you need on Windows to learn Swift?

I'm going to start learning Swift. I don’t see the point in buying a Macbook yet, because I don’t know how my progress in self-study will go. Maybe someone knows some free or reasonably priced software for Windows to learn Swift?

I tried it first on a virtual machine, liked it and bought a macbook. Which is what I advise you. Only iron should match. I had linux on core i5 8gb ram

A virtual machine with mac os or a service like this https://www.macincloud.com is your choice. Learning swift on windows, in my opinion, is a useless and not a real thing :)
