Where can I get a great planner organizer?

Good morning everyone, I want a good organizer for win. Alas, from those that I looked at, there is no such thing, everywhere you either need to specify a "damn dozen" parameters, or nothing can be configured at all. I will describe what I dream about - an interface without bells and whistles, a multi-alarm clock (with cyclical capabilities, repeat every 10 minutes), a multi-tasker (for example, every Monday, checking such and such sites), just creating a task, press "add" enter the time, set some ticks, write the text, choose the date and wow-la "MIRACLES"! Something like this, can anyone advise?
