How to manually transfer Windows 10 to SSD, without third-party programs?
Well, without programs at all, this is an exaggeration ... Boot CD with Windows 10PE and any program that can copy partitions.
I already tried to transfer, copied the first three sections with recovery information, and other system crap sector by sector.
And disks with data and with a compression function are non-sectoral. As a result, I get an error when loading with the code 0xc000000e.
I don't understand what else Windows needs. Efi entry copied, all partitions in the same order. After all, nothing else is needed to boot UEFI, the boot record is there at the beginning, etc.
Does anyone know what Windows 10 still needs to start?

With all due respect to your views on the world, but why in skates, standing and in a hammock?
Try Macrium Reflect 7 Free Edition, even its free version can successfully clone disks. https://knowledgebase.macrium.com/display/KNOW7/Cl...
Personal experience.
Purely system tools? Yes Easy.
Change the system disk to dynamic.
Create a mirror raid, specifying a clean SSD as a mirror.
Wait for synchronization, turn off the computer and disconnect the old system disk.
Turn on and boot from the mirror, the raid is in a degrade state. You delete mirroring and all.
Norton Ghost has been the best for me for many, many years.
What is with the program now and what is the actual way to get it now - I was not even interested.
The one in the old version of Hiren's BootCD works well. Download 10.2 from here: https://www.hirensbootcd.org/old-versions/
And disks with data and with the compression function function are non-sectoral.You can't compress some windows system files
