What software can describe both the course of the project and the distribution of tasks?

There are ways to organize and distribute tasks. Various trackers, kanbans, redmines and tuduists.
There are ways to organize projects. Any there diagrams with the schedule of resources.
I am interested in simple and convenient software, preferably cloud-based, which would combine these functions.
Requirements:
1. You can make a graphic description of the project - different stages and so on. Diagram.
2. A list of tasks can be attached to each stage, which performers can use, as in a regular task tracker: open a list of their tasks for all entities, filter, go to the project diagram.
3. Possibility of tagging tasks/entities for flexible filtering
4. If there is still nesting of tasks and the possibility of commenting and a status system, then generally fire.
