How to explain to the team why to hold a retrospective meeting?
There was an interesting situation in the team.
Every time at the end of the sprint, we try to hold a retrospective meeting. The first 2 times went smoothly. Then the team was strengthened by a couple of programmers, problems appeared. The meeting starts at the same time, they have some urgent business, they constantly come up with something. They refuse to discuss the issue.
