What size of RAM is needed for comfortable work in Android Studio with a browser running in parallel?

I'm currently choosing a laptop for programming under Android, since I'm currently programming on a MacBook Air with 4GB, and it's a pain. And when choosing, the following question arose: is 8GB of RAM enough for comfortable work in Android Studio with a browser running in parallel, or is it still something to take with 16GB?
