Cause of artifacts on the laptop screen?

Good afternoon, dear,
Artifacts appeared on the right side of the laptop screen, sometimes they disappear sometimes not.
The video card drivers are the latest (460.89), all other drivers are updated, the latest Windows updates are installed, there is no overheating (45 degrees CPU and GPU, 80 and 75 respectively under load), the MX4 paste is fresh, the cables are in place, there are no matrix defects (broken protective screen, the matrix was not hurt). I own 2 years.

Considering that this is a laptop, then most likely you may have a GPU blade, the second option is a matrix, the third option is oxides on the cable or connector contacts or on its soldering on the motherboard. You can connect an external monitor to your laptop yourself (as a second screen, this is important) if there are no artifacts on it, you can exclude the GPU, the cable can be excluded only if the stripes appear regardless of the shaking and the angle of the monitor, then the problem is in the matrix (replacement only) . The second outcome - there will also be artifacts on the monitor, then this GPU is most likely a replacement here (you need to ask the servicemen). You can also reinstall the drivers at random.

Perhaps I myself found the reason in the photo below, damage to the textolite layer of the video chip.5fe5fc0c137f2053287689.jpeg
