Quiet laptop for comfortable development and use, are there any options on offer?

Good day to all.
Thank you for your attention.
I am a web developer already gradually moving from the "beginner" stage and have been seriously sitting up on projects for a long time, both in principle and at night. I have already moved away from such a fanatical idealization of Apple products, in general, this is the best option, of course, but I am ready to agree to an intermediate, more budgetary for the first time, but a functional device, if any. And if even a macbook, then judging by the reviews, it is advisable to focus on models no later than 2012, and if so, then it is desirable to upgrade RAM to 8-16 and SSD. This Budget is under 40k +.
So, over time, a certain number of requirements have been formed that it would be great to comply with:
1. The most important and basic - noiselessness, heat control. Now I'm working on an Asus netbook on Linux with a connected monitor. He is quite quiet and arbitrarily. At particularly low loads, the fans are completely turned off. This is nice, but not enough for normal operation. All the same, I wanted to actively work in several browsers with music playing in the background, a video with Photoshop and / or illustrator with a running editor and / or IDE. and at the same time as productively as possible quietly silently and comfortably.
2.Keyboard. Extremely easy to press and silent. At work I use a Lenovo keyboard - for me it's ideal. Unless the layout would be changed a little by the keys, because everything is done without divisions together. Fingers fly, as a result of the plastic case and mechanism - "Zokognier" is not published for metal, which for me is a very strong shortcoming of many metal keyboards, including Apple products.
3. Preferably an anti-reflective screen. Good option. There is no need to chase the retina yet. The size is not so important. For optimal performance, you still need a second monitor.
4.Good design and light colors never hurt:]
5. Support for high-quality software. Well, of course, what Apple is pleased with again is the good quality of hardware, which can be adapted to Software for working with Audio Video content (GarageBand, LogicPRO, FinalCUT) as well as with graphics (Adobe).
Can you suggest or advise? What do you use for what purposes?

I'm happy with the first point.
For any MacBook on Intel Core processors, this is very easy to solve. You need to install Mac Fan Control and, when you need silence, set a fixed fan speed of 3500rpm.
It won't burn your laptop, it won't increase the CPU temperature, it will just slow down the CPU to a safe temperature level. This is not harmful, it does the same when the fan is running at full speed, because. at 100% CPU usage, the fan alone is not enough.
Tested on myself (MBA 2011 13"), I have been using this method for 4 years.
