I installed Ubuntu and noticed a problem, scrolling does not work, I went to the settings and there is no Scrolling tab. How to solve the problem?

Do you mean that with a large number of commands in the terminal, the last ones up to a certain point are displayed, but let's say the beginning of the requests is no longer visible?
