How to enable remote access in isp manager?

Hello! Please help me figure it out.
The problem is that from the site that was installed through isp manager, I can only connect to local IPs via ssh, if I start adding another location, it says: "Could not establish a connection" although the server is available to everyone and I have no problems I connect to it through the terminal. I wrote to isp managera support, but they are in no hurry to answer ...
And yet, I have the same site on vesta and I add all locations without any problems
